We're not trying to reinvent the wheel here. There are plenty of incredible pediatric EM educational blogs out there helmed by true professionals (see: Sean Fox, Michelle Lin, Andre Sloas, et al). We're here to deposit interesting cases seen in our shop in Charleston, SC and to post lectures given by our medical staff that may be useful to our residents, fellows, and anyone interested in pediatric emergency care.
